There is no registration fee.

Travel expenses and accomodation will be covered by participants or their institutions. 

The organizers will provide meals and entrance fees to cultural objectives during the conference.​

The conference will be held in Constanța, at the Faculty of Theology, Ovidius University of Constanța, Senate Hall, located
in Aleea Universității nr.1, Campus Corp A, Constanța, 900470, Romania.

 

 How to reach us   The routes listed below allow reaching the Ovidius University of ConstanÈ›a.

                                By airplane: we recomand the Otopeni Airport, situated in Bucharest at a distance of 250 km by                                                ConstanÈ›a, or Kogălniceanu Airport, situated at a distance of 25 km by ConstanÈ›a. Every participant will                                     be pick-up from Otopeni Airport or Kogălniceanu Airport by one of the member from organizing

                                committee.
